To apply for the Old Age grant, you must visit a SASSA office in person, as online applications are not available for this grant. If you are unable to walk to the office, a family member can apply on your behalf, ensuring you don’t need to make the trip yourself.

1. Have a family member go to the SASSA office to apply for the Old Age grant for you.
2. They should bring your ID along with your personal information.
3. Once at the office, they should speak with the designated officer regarding the application.
4. They will need to complete the application form in the officer’s presence.
5. After filling out the application, it must be submitted to the office.
